E4

E4 is owned/part of the channel four television corporation, E4 has existed since 18th of January 2001. Some of the most comment and well known programs which get shown on E4 are as following

E4 has a main target audience of 15-35 year olds, this is due to the programs they show, all of these programs are aimed at a younger audience because of the comedy and Young actors which the younger generation can relate to. however the secondary target audience could be anyone due to the different programs which are shown and different times and just because your older doesn't mean you will not like quirky teenager comedy. The other channels which are owned by the channel four television coporation are 4Seven, Film4,E4, More4, 4Music, Heat, Kerrang, Kiss, Magic, Smash Hits and The Box.


An E Sting is a competition run by the channel four television corporation for E4, this competition allows people to show their talent and have a chance to win £5000 pounds. The winner gets to have there animation shown on E4 Between programs. The purpose is to entertain the audience and give people a chance to show their creative talent. These are some previous E Sting winners

E STING 1

In this E Sting a distribution plant is making E4 logos, the letter E goes in one side and the 4 going in the other then the E4 logo comes out the front. As most E Stings, this E Sting entertains the audience between programs, this one is formal and doesnt have any comedy to it so its target audience may be more mature.     

E STING 2

In this E Sting cows get squished by E4 logos, this idea is comical and provides intertainment between programs. This E Sting has a younger target audience because of the humomour of cows getting squished









This E Sting is made with claymation, its very clever and entertaining, due to this its taget audience is very wide and could appeal to anyone. In this E Sting is a busy background which has cars, trains and general city stuff made from clay, then the big E4 logo spins arround.
